All current contracts, purchase orders, license agreements, or subscription agreements for remote proctoring, online exam proctoring, or online exam monitoring services or software — including but not limited to agreements with ProctorU / Meazure Learning, Honorlock, Respondus, Proctorio, Examity, or MonitorEDU — and including any such agreements executed through a reseller, distributor, or cooperative purchasing vehicle;

2. All pricing schedules, order forms, quotes, and amendments associated with the agreements in item 1, including contract start dates, end dates, and renewal terms;

3. The bid tabulation, proposal evaluation summary, or award summary from the institution's most recent competitive solicitation for remote proctoring services, if any.
