Details: Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that relate to correspondence between representatives of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and academic officials at the University of Connecticut regarding concerns surrounding domestic extremism, broadly construed.
In particular, I seek access to electronic records of any and all email correspondence between January 1, 2025 and the date this request is processed between representatives of the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI") and the Office of the Provost; and any and all correspondence from the same date between representatives of the FBI and representatives of the following academic departments at UConn: History, Anthropology, and Social and critical Inquiry.
