Details: Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I request copies of the records described below concerning egg/oocyte donor recruitment, fertility clinics, reproductive medicine providers, and third-party egg donor or gamete donor agencies at or in connection with the University of Connecticut.

The timeframe for this request is January 1, 2016, until the date this request is fulfilled.

Specifically, I request the following records:

1. EGG DONOR ADVERTISEMENTS AND RECRUITMENT MATERIALS
All advertisements, flyers, posters, emails, digital advertisements, classified advertisements, campus-publication advertisements, handouts, mailers, table-tent advertisements, bulletin-board postings, job-board postings, and other marketing or recruitment materials concerning egg/oocyte donation that were:

Submitted to the university for approval, placement, posting, distribution, or publication;
Displayed or distributed on university property or through university-controlled channels;
Distributed to students through university email lists, newsletters, portals, websites, publications, athletic facilities, residential
facilities, health facilities, student centers, or other university resources; or
Maintained by the university in connection with an advertiser’s request to reach students.

This request includes the advertisements themselves and records identifying the advertiser, agency, clinic, organization, placement dates, locations, or channels of distribution, and amounts paid by the third party.

2. CORRESPONDENCE WITH EGG DONOR AGENCIES, FERTILITY CLINICS, AND ADVERTISERS
All correspondence, including emails and attachments, between University of Connecticut employees or offices and outside egg donor agencies, fertility clinics, reproductive medicine providers, donor matching services, or their representatives concerning:

• Recruitment of donors
• Advertising or marketing directed toward students
• Placement, approval, rejection, alteration, or removal of egg donor advertisements
• Campus advertising
• Student email lists or mailing lists
• Campus events, information sessions, tabling, sponsorships, or presentations concerning egg donation
• Recruitment criteria or desired donor characteristics
• Compensation offered to prospective donors; or concerns/complaints regarding such recruitment.

3. CONTRACTS, AGREEMENTS, INVOICES, AND FINANCIAL RECORDS
All contracts, agreements, billing records, advertising agreements, vendor agreements, or similar records between the University of Connecticut and any egg donor agency, fertility clinic, gamete donor service, or donor-matching service.

For advertising arrangements, please include the following information:

• advertiser/vendor name
• Amount charged/paid
• Duration or dates of advertisement
• University department or unit involved
