Details: Pursuant to Connecticut’s Freedom of Information Act § 1-200 et seq., I am requesting copies of public records regarding any digital, printed, or verbal information or instructions regarding the Hippocratic Oath, including the DEI Hippocratic Oath, provided to medical students in connection with the 2026 White Coat Ceremony held at the University of Connecticut School Of Medicine on August 14, 2026.
As the Legal Insurrection Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, I am requesting a waiver of any fees, and the information requested is not being sought for commercial purposes. Should there be any fee for the production of the requested documents in excess of $50.00 please inform me before proceeding with the production.
The Connecticut Freedom of Information Act requires a response within four business days. We request that the records be produced electronically. If this request is anticipated to require more than the allocated time, please provide a date that I may expect receipt of the requested documents or in the alternative when the records would be available for an in-person review.
