Details: Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act (Title 1, Chapter 14 of the Connecticut General Statutes), I am hereby requesting the disclosure and copies of public records maintained by the University of Connecticut Police Department and the Office of Institutional Equity.

Specifically, I am requesting any and all records, logs, incident reports, communication logs, or formal/informal institutional referrals generated in the calendar year 2023 regarding allegations or disclosures of domestic violence, dating violence, or interpersonal violence that originated from, were reported by, or were routed through Professor Beth Ginsberg (also spelled Ginsburg) in her capacity as a university faculty member/responsible employee.

This request explicitly encompasses:
Any written or electronic notifications, Title IX intake forms, or emails sent by Professor Beth Ginsberg to the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE), the Title IX Coordinator, or the UConn Police Department regarding a student disclosure.

Any subsequent UCPD dispatch logs, informational logs, or preliminary investigation notes generated in response to an institutional referral from OIE or academic faculty regarding these individuals in 2023
