Details: What I am requesting for prompt disclosure are records in your possession detailing your discussions about [1] the decision of President Barack Obama to designate the month of April 2016 as Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) by recognizing that (i) America frequently doesn’t condemn sexual assault as loudly as it should; (ii) “together, we must stand up and speak out to change the culture that questions the actions of victims, rather than those of their attackers;” [2] Westminster College (Fulton, Missouri) as a postsecondary academic institution which had contacted Michael A. Ayele (a.k.a.) W in the days leading up to the last Wednesday of the months of April between 2010 and 2013 to inform him that Denim Day (i) is very much intricately linked with SAAM; (ii) has historically served to shed a spotlight on women who were blamed for provoking incidents of sexual harassment, sexual assault and/or rape they have fallen victim to; (iii) has historically served to shed a spotlight on women who have had their complaints of sexual harassment, sexual assault and/or rape relegated to “misunderstandings;” [3] Michael A. Ayele (a.k.a.) W as a Black Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Degree graduate of Westminster College (Fulton, Missouri) who (i) has publicly worn denim jeans on the last Wednesday of the month of April (between 2010 and 2015) in order to show solidarity with women who have experienced sexual violence; (ii) has witnessed his written content on matters pertaining to Denim Day/SAAM subjected to frenzy before they were very inappropriately filtered and distorted by internet search engines (ISE) such as AOL, Bing/MSN, Google and Yahoo; (iii) has (since April 2026) witnessed his written content being subjected to frenzy following his decision to recognize that the October 25, 2023 sexual misconduct complaint filed by Danielle Villareal and Grace Chen was very grossly mishandled by Hillsdale College (Hillsdale, Michigan) as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan; (iv) has (since April 2026) witnessed his written content being subjected to frenzy following his decision to recognize that it was a mistake for Westminster College (Fulton, Missouri) to invite Larry P. Arnn to lecture undergraduate students at Westminster College given his complicity in the very gross mishandling of the October 25, 2023 sexual misconduct complaint filed by Danielle Villareal and Grace Chen; (v) has since April 2026 witnessed his written content being subjected to frenzy following his decision to condemn (in writing) the sexual assaults Danielle Villareal and Grace Chen were the victim of on (or around) August 29, 2021 and November 22, 2021; [4] the decision of ISE such as AOL, Bing/MSN, Google and Yahoo to filter and distort Michael A. Ayele (a.k.a) W written publications by generating unwelcome and unapproved queries such as “Michael Ayele Denim Day,” “Michael Ayele Sexual Assault Awareness Month;” “Michael Ayele Women's History Month."
