Details: Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act (C.G.S. § 1-200 et seq.), I am writing to request an electronic copy of the following public records regarding Trish (Patricia) Casey (formerly Associate Vice President of Financial Operations and Controller):
1. Ethics and Post-State Employment Records:
• Any and all records concerning Ms. Casey’s transition from the University of Connecticut to Huron Consulting Group, including but not limited to:
• Negotiation Disclosures: Any notifications or forms filed by Ms. Casey while a state employee regarding her intent to negotiate for employment with a university contractor.
• Ethics Guidance: Any formal or informal advisory opinions or guidance issued by the UConn Office of Compliance, University Counsel, or the Office of State Ethics regarding her transition and compliance with C.G.S. § 1-84b.
• Mitigation Plans: Any "Conflict of Interest Mitigation Plans" or "Ethical Wall" agreements established to govern her professional interactions with the University during her first year of post-state employment.
2. Professional Correspondence:
• All correspondence, including emails, attachments, and calendar entries, sent to or received from Trish Casey (utilizing domains such as @huronconsultinggroup.com, @uri.edu, or any identified personal accounts used for university business) and the following offices between October 1, 2022, and the present:
• The Office of the President
• The Provost’s Office

• The Board of Trustees
