Details: Pursuant to Connecticut's Freedom of Information Act (Chapter 14 Conn. Gen. Stats.), I am requesting the following documentation from either your school’s athletics department or any third-party firm involved in stadium operations.

Any spreadsheet or other documentation that shows the total number of tickets scanned by entry systems at home football games, including physical ticket scans, mobile phone bar or QR code scans, RFID entry logs, or any other system utilized by your school.

I am requesting data for every home football game for the 2025 season.

Please note, I am not requesting ticket sale figures or publicly announced attendance numbers. I am requesting the logged data generated when individuals enter the stadium.

I am happy to accept the aggregate totals for each game and do not need logs that show every single scan for every single individual. I am happy to accept just the totals (listed per game) and defer to your expertise in fulfilling this request in the simplest, easiest fashion. If the full logs are the best way, that’s fine too. If that is the case, I am happy to accept any redactions your school deems necessary to protect any personally identifiable information in the datasets.

Please note that Connecticut law requires public agencies to respond to requests within four days of receiving them by either processing or denying the request, or providing written notice requesting an extension.

As I am an independent journalist engaged in legitimate newsgathering, I am requesting a fee waiver of any associated costs with this request. In lieu of a fee waiver, I am requesting a detailed invoice of any potential costs, if any, associated with this request.
