Details: Under the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act § 1-200 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records since 1/1/2020 including procurement records, contracts, delivery records, and communications with Macdougall / Walker, or the MacDougall-Walker Correctional Institution. Procurement requests or contracts may include but are not exclusive to furniture procurement and repairs for UConn Storrs dining hall facilities. Parties to procurement requests or contracts may include but are not exclusive to "Stephen Sharkis". Procurement records may include but are not exclusive to UConn Dining Services. Please provide all relevant records, not exclusive to the examples I have provided to aid in discovery.

I would like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public’s understanding of the University. This information is not being sought for commercial purposes.
