Details: I'd like all records of the payment of UConn police department officers for the 24 hour surveillance of the student encampment at Dove Tower. I'd like to know how much overtime was paid, how many officers were paid, and the total cost over the course of the encampment that was required for surveillance.
Furthermore, I'd like all emails regarding the communication and coordination between police departments that resulted in the presence of officers from East Hartford, Willimantic, Manchester, and other towns around the state. One person of interest may be Gene Labonte, UConn PD chief of police.
