Details: Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes § 1-200, et seq., I am requesting that Connecticut University produce, for the timeframe of January 1, 2023 (unless noted otherwise) through the date of its response, the following:

All documents, including e-mails and other written communications, between Dr. C. Michael White (“Dr. White”) and any individual affiliated with the Global Kratom Coalition (“GKC”) or the Kratom Consumer Advisory Council (“KCAC”), including but not limited to:
GKC board members or staff;
KCAC members or staff; and/or
Public relations firms or consultants acting on behalf of GKC or KCAC.

All documents concerning Dr. White’s appointment, role, duties, or participation as Chair or representative of the Kratom Consumer Advisory Council, including but not limited to:
Appointment letters;
Agreements or contracts;
Role descriptions;
Internal discussions regarding approval of his service; and/or
Records of any compensation, honoraria, funding, or reimbursement.

All conflict-of-interest disclosures, outside compensation reports, or ethics filings submitted by Dr. White that reference:
