Details: I am writing to request any and all documents, whether written or electronic, including memos, letters, emails, and/or any other form of communication, in regards to Public Safety Dispatch and the UConn Fire Department including Dispatch Supervisors, Dispatchers, Fire Captains, Fire Lieutenants, Windham Paramedics, Windham Hospital, Paul Pedchenko, and the Fire Chief Christopher Renshaw regarding staffing levels of the fire department, additional staffing considerations, mutual aid, Windham Paramedics, dispatch errors, challenges, complaints, disciplinary actions, Halloween, Halloween weekend, and or anything regarding the operational period of 7AM 10/31/2025 - 7AM 11/01/2025 (Halloween 2025). Also requesting all of the dispatch audio files for all UConn fire department (Storrs) radio traffic during the 24 hour operational period of 7:00AM 10/31/2025 - 7:00AM 11/01/2025.
