Details: SmartProcure respectfully submits this request for electronic copies of any current and active contracts between University of Connecticut and vendors providing Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or prescription benefit administration services.

Specifically, we are seeking contracts with vendors including, but not limited to:

* Express Scripts
* CVS Caremark
* Prime Therapeutics
* Humana Pharmacy Solutions
* Magellan Rx Management
* SmithRx
* AffirmedRx

This request also includes any other vendors providing similar services, whether or not they are listed above.

For any responsive contracts, we request records containing the following information:
1. The names of all contracting parties
2. The nature, scope, and purpose of the contract
3. The effective start date and expiration date
4. The total contract value, including any pricing schedules, fee structures, or cost summaries
5. Any amendments, extensions, modifications, or renewals associated with the contract
