Details: Under the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1 200 et seq., I am requesting records regarding the budget impact of athletics revenue sharing under the House vs. NCAA settlement.

Within that scope, I request:

1. Any presentations, briefing documents, or budget memoranda that address the effect of revenue sharing costs on UConn’s overall operating budget or structural deficit.

2. Emails (with attachments) and internal memoranda from or to the Athletics Department, the central budget/finance offices, and the Provost's Office that discuss whether, or how, revenue sharing will:
(a) deepen or affect the university’s structural operating deficit, or
(b) require reductions, cuts, or reallocations in funding, hiring, or staffing in non athletics units.
