Details: I am requesting information about a healthcare system that was developed (starting in 2017) by UConn, called Analytics and Information Management Solutions (UConn AIMS). Within it was CDAS – the Core Data Analytic Solution, designed and developed by UConn AIMS for the Connecticut Office of Health Strategy (OHS), as part of the state’s Health Information Exchange (HIE) and to support the objectives of the Medicaid program.

I am requesting copies of contracts, letters of appointment, financial records, project reports, program documentation, and other relevant information for the UConn project described above.
In addition, I am also seeking a copy of the State Technology Assessment Report of UConn’s Core Data Analytics Solution (CDAS), as described in the letter dated Nov 9, 2020, by Dr. Radenka Maric (then Vice President for Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship). A copy of Dr. Radenka Maric's letter is attached herewith.
