Details: Pursuant to Connecticut's Freedom of Information Act (Chapter 14 Conn. Gen. Stats.), I am requesting the following documents from your school’s athletics department.

A screenshot or record/list of the most recent messages your school’s head football coach has received on Teamworks, or any other primary internal messaging platform used for day-to-day communications with staff.

[I do not need the actual messages, just a copy of the log or interface on whatever app your head football coach uses for internal communications.]

A list or screenshot of any internal chat rooms or groups your school’s head football coach is a member of on Teamworks or any other primary internal messaging platform used for day-to-day communications with staff. [Like the sidebar on Slack]

A list of non-university emails with access to any internal messaging platforms used by your school’s head coach, such as Teamworks.

A list of messaging apps downloaded by your head football coach on any work cell phone or a screenshot of all apps on your head football coach's work phone.

Please note that Connecticut law requires public agencies to respond to requests within four days of receiving them by either processing or denying the request, or providing written notice requesting an extension.

As I am an independent journalist engaged in legitimate newsgathering, I am requesting a fee waiver of any associated costs with this request. In lieu of a fee waiver, I am requesting a detailed invoice of any potential costs, if any, associated with this request.
