Details: Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting copies of records relating to compensation of student-athletes under the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) policy.

Specifically, I seek:

1) Records, databases, reports, or logs that reflect any form of compensation provided to student-athletes within the University of Connecticut or the Connecticut State Colleges & Universities system through NIL agreements, arrangements, or programs from July 1, 2021 to the present date. This documentation should include, but not be limited to, the date, amount, recipient, and the activity, service, or promotional work that resulted in the compensation.

Any summary reports prepared by UConn, CSCU, or affiliated athletic departments regarding NIL-related compensation during this period.
