Details: I am requesting access to records that document any purchases, vendor agreements, or expenditures related to music licensing services by University of Connecticut including its constituent colleges, schools, departments, and athletic programs.

Specifically, I am requesting the following documents covering the period January 1, 2024 to present:

All contracts, purchase orders, or agreements with any vendors or services providing music licensing, synchronization rights, royalty-free music, or audio content libraries for commercial or educational use (e.g., for marketing, promotional videos, athletic department media, podcasts, or events).
All invoices or receipts for music licensing services purchased via P-card (procurement card), credit card, or university accounts.
A list of any vendors or platforms from which music or music licenses were obtained (including, but not limited to: Epidemic Sound, Artlist, Musicbed, Soundstripe, Storyblocks, Universal Production Music, APM Music, Audiio, Dewolfe Music, Envato, etc.).

This is to enable us better understand how U.S higher education institutions are partnering with music licensing companies, particularly as video content becomes an increasingly important part of campus communications and marketing.

If responsive documents exist in both physical and digital format, I request access to the digital versions. If any part of this request is unclear or too broad, I am happy to provide clarification.
