Details: What I am requesting for prompt disclosure are records in your possession detailing [1] your discussions about the National Council on Disability (NCD) as a federal agency of the United States government, which has on (or around) January 30th 2018 recognized that (i) “affirmative and effective consent” is being taught to (domestic and international) post-secondary students of America during the course of their freshmen year; (ii) college and university students in America (whether domestic or international) are informed about “healthy sexual relationships” during the course of their 1st (first) year of post-secondary academic education; [2] your discussions about Michael A. Ayele (a.k.a) W as a Black Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Degree graduate of Westminster College (Fulton, Missouri) who has (in the past) partially relied on the NCD January 30th 2018 report for the purpose of asserting that Brock Allen Turner was more likely than not informed (i) what constitutes “affirmative and effective consent” on the campus of Stanford University sometime in (or around) the months of August/September 2014 when he was a freshman undergraduate student; (ii) what constitutes “healthy sexual relationships” on the campus of Stanford University sometime (in or around) the months of August/September 2014 when he was a freshman undergraduate student of Stanford University; [3] the extent of your knowledge about the education Stanford University provided to Brock Allen Turner between August 27th 2014 and January 16th 2015 on the subject of what constitutes appropriate sexual boundaries (given the statements made in the NCD January 30th 2018 report); [4] the extent of your knowledge about any formal and/or informal inquiry submitted by the Santa Clara County government to ascertain if Stanford University educated Brock Allen Turner on what constitutes appropriate sexual boundaries given how (i) he was on (or around) January 10th 2015 accused of being sexually inappropriate with a female undergraduate student of Stanford University; (ii) he was on (or around) January 18th 2015 arrested for sexually assaulting Chanel Miller behind a dumpster (on the campus of Stanford University) while she was unconscious; [5] your discussions about the Department of Education (DoED) as a federal agency of the United States government, which has on its official website published a portable document file (PDF) wherein it recognized that the rules and regulations governing the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (i) guarantee no one who has attended or graduated from an American college/university a right to privacy; (ii) enable American colleges and universities to make academic documents (including the final results of disciplinary proceedings) available to members of the general public and representatives of the media.
