Details: Under the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act § 1-200 and any other applicable statute or regulation, I am requesting an opportunity to inspect and/or obtain copies of public records that pertain to
1) all applications for Political Canvassing (form "Political Canvassing Application Rev. 09-2018) at the Storrs campus between January 1, 2024 and November 7, 2024. Such public records may consist of, but not be limited to, applications and any associated materials whether digital or tangible.
2) any political party or group acting on behalf of, or promoting or referencing voting or candidates for local, state or federal office who filed an application to post informational or promotional materials under the University of Connecticut Posting Policy 2024-2025 to include, but not limited to, the application, digital copies of the promotional material, stamped digital copies of approved materials, and names of any Residential Life staff members approved to post materials.
