Details: Please provide me with the draft copy of the DRAFT letter that was jointly written by the mayor of Mansfield Antonia Moran and the president of THe University of Connecticut concerning the pedestrian death on Rte 275 that was edited by Michael Kirk in a December 10, 2021 2:26 PM email to Ryan Aylesworth, Town Manager of Mansfield. In the email Mr. Kirk stated that he "took out the references from the town to the DOT since 2017" I am looking for the exact draft mentioned in Mr. Kirks email, UConn employee Cara Workman was also provide a copy of the edited draft with edits with tracking of all changes.
