GSS and Tier II Attendance

Details: For every event funded by GSS for the RSO SAGE (Student Association for Graduate Engineers), for FY 2022, 2023 and 2024 we request the following information:
o Expected attendance (i.e., number of people food was arranged for)
o How many graduate students actually attended each of these events (from post-event documentation; broken down by graduate student, postdoc, and faculty members; preferably a breakdown of how many are engineering students).

For every event funded by GSS for the RSO GSAC, for FY 2022, 2023 and 2024 we request the following information:
o Expected attendance (i.e., number of people food was arranged for)
o How many graduate students actually attended each of these events (from post-event documentation; broken down by graduate student, postdoc, and faculty members; preferably a breakdown of how many are engineering students).

For RSO TARANG:
o Expected attendance (i.e., number of people food was arranged for) for all events funded by GSS for FY 2022, 2023 and 2024
o How many graduate students actually attended each of these events (from post-event documentation; broken down by graduate student, postdoc, and faculty members; preferably a breakdown of how many are engineering students).
o The current bank balance of Tarang (i.e., cash on hand)
o The number of tickets sold for all events in FY 2022, 2023 and 2024
o The total proceeds ($) of tickets sold by Tarang for all events in FY 2022, FY 2023, and FY 2024.
o The total donations accepted by Tarang for all events in FY 2022, FY 2023, and FY 2024.
o The number of donations accepted by Tarang for all events in FY 2022, FY 2023, and FY 2024.
o The number of deposits (i.e., depositing money into the account) made by Tarang into its bank account (dates and amounts) for FY 2022, FY 2023, and FY 2024.

I would prefer to have this information in the form of Excel sheets/files.
