Details: Hello, On November 2nd between 6:45AM and 7 :00AM a Casella - Willimantic Waste employee was loading recyclables into the back of a truck from the inside loading area at the student union loading dock and fell between the truck and the dock due to his own actions. I don't believe the employee was following all of our safety protocols and would like to request a copy of the video to review with the driver and our safety team.
