Hello Patrice & Keith,

I've copied a few related parties at the University of Connecticut, so they may assist in identifying all records available if they are willing to cooperate in this important investigation.

Patrice, did you have a chance to look for records that I mentioned in previous emails to see if I am eligible for retro-pay or severance pay from LAZ?

To summarize my previous correspondences with Patrice (LAZ H.R. Rep.):
It was brought to my attention recently by a former LAZ Parking [UConn Storrs] Maintenance employee that I probably should have been paid the Standard-Wage Rate for Maintenance and not as a Cashier for services I rendered regularly during the years of 2014 and 2017.

After I stated that, Patrice insinuated that the LAZ computer system had me misclassified as a Cashier or Attendant for the hours that were worked in a Maintenance capacity. She asked for something in writing on my end to document the information that should already be in my LAZ personnel file.

I explained to Patrice to see the email and attachment that I sent [Subject - Wage Rate Investigation]. I also explained there are a variety of ways my Maintenance role can be verified, one of which is to FOIA the security camera footage from the traffic/security cameras in the vicinity of South Garage for the suspected dates. [I have gone ahead and begun that process recently by requesting information from UConn about the security camera on the 5th level of the South Garage.]

I explained that once I have those dates collected, and more information from a series of FOIA requests which are currently in-process, I can investigate further.

I asked if Patrice had records on her end at LAZ that could be produced and if she were willing to cooperate with this Wage Rate Investigation; however, she did not respond or acknowledge the request.
Again, Patrice, please let me know what records you have on your end, and if you are willing to cooperate with me in my investigation.

I also am asking if officials from UConn are willing to cooperate in this investigation to the fullest extent.

Best Regards,
Kenneth (Ken) Kulo
