Details: Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting copies of the current contracts, and all amendments thereto, for your institution’s current game contract with any and all parties for the following areas:

Any signed and/or executed 2023 football game contract University of Connecticut vs University of Massachusetts Amherst at Rentschler Field at Pratt & Whitney Stadium in East Hartford, Conn.

Please supply the contract without informing me if the cost of the fees do not exceed $100.00, which I will agree to pay. In the alternative, if the fees will exceed $100.00, please contact me before fulfilling my request.

If you deny any part of this request, please cite the specific reason that you think justifies your refusal to release such contracts and notify me of appeal procedures available under the law.
