Details: Hello there, I am currently working on my senior design project where we need to know information regarding UConn's food waste. I am looking for:
-the LeanPath report from 2021 and 2022 (if available) that outlines the recorded food waste from all dining halls and cafes annually or monthly, either will suffice
-any invoices from Mahoney Environmental Services outlining the cost per month of recycling the cooking oil from all dining halls and cafes from 2021 or 2022
