Details: I have been working on a research project about the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and the effects on executive compensation relating Division I basketball and football coaches. 
 
We are requesting the amount of excises taxes paid on to any coaching salaries in excess of $1,000,000. Ideally, we would like to obtain copies of page 1 and schedule N of IRS form 4720 for any years after 2018 for departments of athletics, the university or any university foundation responsible for paying coaching salaries at the University of Connecticut.  Ideally, we would like a scanned copy of those 2 pages for each relevant year/organization.
