I would like to make a request for records of licensed technology agreements related to plant varieties and germplasm between University of Connecticut and industries.

I am interested in the licensing agreements that have been made between 2000-2020, with whom (i.e. what commercial industry), for what plant products (i.e. name of the plant variety/trait), the kind of agreement, and the Department of the inventor.

I have received this information from other institutions in the form of plant variety licensing contract metadata, as a spreadsheet including the following:

LICENSEE (COMPANY NAME)
EFFECTIVE DATE OF AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT TYPE (e.g. Exclusive, Master, etc.)
DEPARTMENT THAT THE VARIETY CAME FROM
SPECIES OF LICENSED VARIETY
NAME OF LICENSED VARIETY

I understand that the contents of these contracts are proprietary and therefore cannot be disclosed, but to my knowledge the high-level information in this request ought to be available for public record.

This information is likely stored by the Technology Commercialization Services. Under the technologies made available by this office I am interested in Plant Variety and Plant Trait agreements, likely listed in the technology categories.
