Details: What I am requesting for prompt disclosure are all records within your possession detailing
(1) your obligations pursuant to Title IX of the Education Amendment Act of 1972;
(2) the policy of UCONN pertaining to non-anonymous complaints that were filed by students of UCONN alleging sexual assault and/or rape;
(3) the retention policy of UCONN pertaining to non-anonymous complaints filed by students, where a sexual related misconduct was at play;
(4) the policy of UCONN on retaining the academic papers written by students before the submission of a sexual misconduct complaint;
(5) the paper copies of studies UCONN refers to on the issue of academic performance following a sexual misconduct complaint filed either with the police or the Title IX coordinator;
(6) the paper copies of studies UCONN refers to on the issue of academic performance following an incident of police use of excessive force;
(7) the complaints submitted by current/former students of UCONN alleging that they were put in circumstances encouraging the commission of suicide following a sexual assault and/or rape;
