Any policy, guidance, handbook, manual, or standard contract concerning the rights, duties, or obligations of either (A) students who participate in athletic programs or other competitive sports (“student-athletes”); or (B) students employed to serve as resident assistants, resident advisors, or similarly-named staff with job responsibilities in student residences (“RAs”).
