1. Media Rights and Broadcasting Agreements:
o The current multimedia rights contract between your University (or its Athletic Department) and any media rights holder (e.g., Learfield, PlayFly, JMI Sports), including any amendments, upfront payments, signing bonuses, or revenue-sharing provisions.
o A copy of your most recent two (2) fiscal and/or calendar year reports from your media rightsholder showing the University’s total income from the relationship, including revenues generated by sponsor for the most recently completed fiscal or calendar year.
o Agreements related to television, radio, or digital streaming media rights specific to your university's athletics, including those covering coaches' shows.
o Vendor agreements for website or online services for the Athletic Department (e.g., Sidearm, WMT, etc.).
2. Sponsorship and Vendor Agreements:
o Active direct sponsorship agreements with corporate partners, including but not limited to apparel providers (e.g., Under Armour, Nike, Adidas), beverage companies for pouring rights, and stadium naming rights agreements.
o Agreements outlining financial incentives, sponsorship revenue splits, or marketing obligations between your Athletic Department or its designee and its corporate partners.
o Agreements with third-party ticketing entities (e.g., Ticketmaster, Paciolan, AXS, WW&L, etc.).
o Agreements for team travel, charter air travel, hotel accommodations for game-related travel, and arrangements with travel agencies (e.g., Shorts, Anthony Travel, OnLocation, etc.).
o Agreements with team support services providers, including software/administration tools (e.g., Teamworks), student-athlete services (e.g., RealResponse), or similar services.
o Agreements related to Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) matters, including consulting agreements (e.g., Altius, Blueprint Sports), administrative/roster/salary cap management software tools (e.g., Basepath, Dropback, etc.).
o Food and beverage vendor agreements related to game day/event concessions for Athletics events.
3. Licensing and Retail External Agreements:
o Contracts that your University has with external third-party trademark licensing agencies (e.g., CLC, Exemplar, Aspire, Brandr).
o Contracts in which your University has licensed its trademarks, logos, or branding to external entities for commercial use exceeding $25,000 in annual value to the University.
o A financial report showing the University’s total income from trademark licensing programs, including revenues generated by licensee for the most recently completed fiscal or calendar year.
