Details: What I am requesting for prompt disclosure are records in your possession detailing [1] your discussions about Payton Gendron as a white supremacist who (i) had done a “high school project” that dealt with “murder-suicides” while he was attending Susquehanna Valley Central High School (located in Conklin, New York); (ii) was taken into custody by agents of the New York State Police (NYSP) under New York State Mental Health Law section 9.41 on (or around) June 08th 2021 while he was attending Susquehanna Valley Central High School; (iii) had been brainwashed and radicalized by the abhorrent “white replacement theory” when he committed the mass shooting, which targeted Black / African American people in Buffalo, New York on (or around) May 14th 2022; [2] your discussions about the decision of the Department of Education (DoED) to recognize that the rules and regulations governing the provisions of Improving America’s School Act (IASA) of 1994 “added a new subsection (h) regarding the treatment of disciplinary records, which states that nothing in FERPA prohibits an agency or institution from including in a student’s records appropriate information regarding disciplinary actions taken against the student for ‘conduct that posed a significant risk to the safety or well-being of that student, other students, or other members of the school community,’ or from disclosing that information to teachers and other school officials who have legitimate educational interest in the student’s behavior;” [3] the extent of your knowledge about the inquiries that were submitted to the Susquehanna Valley Central High School / Susquehanna Valley Board of Education citing the rules and regulations governing the provisions of the 1994 IASA given the May 14th 2022 mass-shooting perpetrated by white supremacist Payton Gendron; [4] the extent of your knowledge about the cooperation provided by Susquehanna Valley Central High School / Susquehanna Valley Board of Education to inquiries that explicitly cited the rules and regulations governing the provisions of the 1994 IASA given the May 14th 2022 mass-shooting perpetrated by white supremacist Payton Gendron; [5] your discussions about Michael A. Ayele (a.k.a) W as a Black Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Degree graduate of Westminster College (Fulton, Missouri) who is thoroughly convinced that Payton Gendron would not have (i) been brainwashed and radicalized by the detestable “white replacement theory” if he had visited the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI) with an open mind while he was a student at Susquehanna Valley Central High School; (ii) perpetrated the May 14th 2022 mass-shooting in Buffalo, New York if he had visited the Smithsonian NMAI with an open mind while he was a student at Susquehanna Valley Central High School...
