The University of Connecticut’s and/or its School of Nursing’s personnel files for Ms. Gwartney, including any and all records pertaining to any disciplinary action taken against Ms. Gwartney and/or any and all grievances or internal complaints filed by Ms. Gwartney against the University of Connecticut and/or its School of Nursing.
