Details: A parcel of land at the intersection of Dog Lane and Bundy Lane was transferred to the University foundation at some point between 1965 and 1995. Mansfield town clerks office records show a subsequent divestiture of the land in 2005 to abutters Raphaelson, Ratcliff, and Neuwirth. Such land records do not contain any transfer however from last known owner to UConn. Pls provide any records held that might identify the prior owner, the duration of UConn's ownership, and any other details about the physical characteristics of the property.
