If you determine that the complaints and/or written reports are protected from disclosure, please provide the following information for each complaint of unlawful discrimination involving Staff for the period January 1, 2011 to the present:
names and UConn affiliations all complainants;
names and UConn affiliations all respondents;
Staff's involvement (if he is neither complainant nor respondent)
date complaint was filed;
date case was closed;
resolution/conclusion of investigator.
Please note that the alternative disclosure request should not be viewed as waiving the requester's rights with respect to disclosure of the actual complaints and investigation reports. The requester reserves the right to seek the disclosure of any materials you believe are protected from disclosure.
