Details: To Whom It May Concern: Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) The contract or agreement between the University of Connecticut and DATTCO Motorcoach, making DATTCO the University of Connecticut’s exclusive motorcoach transportation partner, effective July 1, 2021.
2.) Updated contracts/agreements (if existing) between the University of Connecticut and DATTCO from July 1, 2021 to the present.
I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1-212(d), fees be waived as this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain.
In the event that there are fees, please notify me in advance of fulfilling my request and provide an itemized receipt for the charges of each document. I ask this request be fulfilled electronically, by email attachment if available.
If my request is denied, I ask that the denial is justified in writing with reference to specific exemptions of the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act.
