Details: What I am requesting for prompt disclosure are records in your possession detailing your discussions about [1] res ipsa loquitor (i) as a Latin term, which basically means: “The thing speaks for itself;” (ii) as a “doctrine in tort law, which permits an inference or presumption that a defendant was negligent in an accident injuring the plaintiff on the basis of circumstantial evidence if the accident was of a kind that does not ordinarily occur in the absence of negligence;” [2] Scarlett Johansson as a woman (and a global superstar) who has on (or around) May 20th 2024 published a statement wherein she recognized that (i) she was in the month of September 2023 contacted by Open Artificial Intelligence (“OpenAI”) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sam Altman for the purpose of working with OpenAI by voicing OpenAI; (ii) she has upon reflection “declined” to work with OpenAI for the purpose of “voicing the system;” (iii) she has chosen not to add millions and millions of American dollars to her net worth (and her bank account) by working with OpenAI because she didn’t want to exacerbate antisemitism, racism and sexism on the Internet; (iv) efforts were made to get her to reconsider her decision not to work with OpenAI on (or around) May 11th 2024; (v) the May 11th 2024 efforts to get her to reconsider her decision not to work with OpenAI were quickly abandoned; (vii) OpenAI disregarded her wishes not to be associated with them and used a voice so “eerily similar” to hers when launching ChatGPT 4.0 on (or around) May 13th 2024; (viii) she has never consented nor given her explicit permission for OpenAI to use the “Sky” voice at the time ChatGPT 4.0 was launched on (or around) May 13th 2024; [3] Michael A. Ayele (a.k.a) W as a Black man (and an ex-immigrant of the United States of America) who (i) was exasperated upon realizing that the filtering and distortion of his published works on internet search engines (ISE) such as AOL, Bing/MSN, Google and Yahoo was always (without exception) preceded by frenzy; (iv) is thoroughly convinced that sexism and misogyny are woven in the fabric of OpenAI particularly given how ChatGPT 4.0 was launched by disregarding the personal wishes of Scarlett Johansson not to be associated with OpenAI; [4] the decision of the Joseph R. Biden – Kamala Harris White House Administration to recognize on (or around) October 30th 2023 that AI has (i) “deepened discrimination and bias, rather than improving quality of life;” (ii) “reproduced and intensified existing inequities;” (iii) “caused new types of harmful discrimination and exacerbated online and physical harms;” [5] the formal/informal opinion of your local/state government pertaining to AI; [6] the policies and procedures implemented by your local/state government to prevent AI from (i) “deepening discrimination and bias, rather than improving quality of life;” (ii) “reproducing and intensifying existing inequities;” (iii) “causing new types of harmful discrimination...”
