Details: What I am requesting for prompt disclosure are records in your possession detailing your discussions about [1] the decision of the American Psychological Association (APA) to recognize on (or around) October 29th 2021 that the “discipline of psychology,” (i) “has since its origins as a scientific discipline in the mid-19th century, contributed to the dispossession, displacement, and exploitation of communities of color;” (ii) “was complicit in contributing to systemic inequities, and hurt many through racism, racial discrimination, and denigration of people of color;” (iii) has promoted pseudoscientific movements such as “eugenics;” [2] the National Council on Disability (NCD) as a federal agency of the United States government, which has on (or around) June 01st 2006 recognized that people begin the process of becoming culturally competent when they (i) reject their preexisting beliefs about a culture; (ii) take into account the influence of their own culture in creating beliefs about other cultures; (iii) prioritize understanding the information provided by other people within the context at hand; (iv) forgo the temptation to classify or label other people with cultural names; [3] the decision of Internet Search Engines (ISE) such as AOL, Bing/MSN and Yahoo to filter and distort the written publications of Michael A. Ayele (a.k.a) W dealing with (i) American history after 1998 on the forcible administration of psychotropic drugs; (ii) the malicious efforts exerted to assert social and financial control over the lives of people who were forcibly (without their consent) administered psychotropic drugs in American mental health care facilities; [4] Michael A. Ayele (a.k.a) W as a Black ex-immigrant of the United States of America (U.S.A) who has in his correspondence with the U.S government (in the mid-2010s and the early-2020s) relied on Jonathan Metzl’s book entitled “The Protest Psychosis: How Schizophrenia Became a Black Disease” (as well as other related journal/newspaper articles) for the purpose of asserting that (i) the “schizophrenia” diagnosis has historically been associated with white women prior to the 1960s; (ii) the “schizophrenia” diagnosis is intricately linked with the now discredited “drapetomania” diagnosis; (iii) Blacks and African Americans are five to seven times more likely than white people to be erroneously and wrongfully diagnosed with “schizophrenia” when living in the territory of the U.S.A; (iv) there’s very probably some type of fraud at play whenever an unsolicited white psychologist and/or psychiatrist (whose expertise have not been sought) declares a Black person to be “schizophrenic;” [5] the widespread social and cultural benefits of revoking the medical licenses of prejudiced psychologists and psychiatrists who have a history of disproportionately declaring Black and/or African American people as “schizophrenic...”
