Details: Pursuant to Connecticut's Freedom of Information Act (Chapter 14 Conn. Gen. Stats.), I am requesting the following documents from your university.

Copies of the current or most recent university or system-wide contracts or service agreements you have with the following firms or services:

OpenAI/ChatGPT
Anthropic/Claude
Microsoft/Microsoft Copilot
Google/Google Gemini

If your university has access to either Copilot/Gemini through larger licensing deals or service agreements with Microsoft and Google, please let me know. I do not need those entire agreements. If it is easy to pull out sections/spending for those apps from the larger service agreement, I would appreciate that, but I understand that may be difficult/burdensome.

I am also requesting copies of any additional purchase orders, invoices, or other billing documentation for any spending in addition to the contract scope, such as token usage, for the above-listed firms, for the past fiscal year.

Just as a little clarification again, since I send so many athletics-focused requests, this is for university-wide contracts.
