Details: Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, C.G.S. § 1-200 et seq., I am requesting an electronic copy of all available surveillance/security camera footage depicting the incident involving my vehicle at the UConn Stamford parking lot on September 23, 2026.

UConn Police case/report number: 2600069018.

I parked my vehicle at approximately 11:30 AM and discovered the damage at approximately 8:55 PM. UConn Police subsequently informed me that surveillance footage showed an individual operating an e-bike/scooter striking my vehicle.

I specifically request all available camera footage showing:

1. The collision between the e-bike/scooter and my vehicle;
2. The individual and e-bike/scooter immediately before and after the collision; and
3. Any additional camera angles depicting the incident.

Please preserve all responsive recordings while this request is pending.

If any portion of the responsive footage contains information exempt from disclosure, I request disclosure of all reasonably segregable portions of the footage with only the legally exempt portions redacted, blurred, or otherwise withheld.

If UConn determines that any portion or the entirety of the requested footage cannot be disclosed, please provide the basis for the denial in writing and identify the specific federal or Connecticut statutory exemption relied upon.
