I hope all is well! Pursuant to your state public records law, I'm requesting copies of the following records for your varsity athletics coaches.

PDF copies of all employment contracts, contract extensions, amendments, addenda, renewals, or other modifications executed within the past six (6) months for any head coach, assistant coach, or other coach employed by your athletic department.

If your office is unable to process requests based on an execution date or date range, please provide the current employment agreement for each coach, head, and assistant currently employed by the athletic department.

Records may be provided electronically in PDF format in whatever manner is most convenient for your office.

If any responsive records are withheld or redacted, please cite the specific statutory exemption relied upon for each withholding or redaction and provide any reasonably segregable non-exempt portions.
