Details: I'm currently working on my capstone project for my Masters program in HR Management, which asks us to tackle a current HR-related issue in our organizations, and my focus is on onboarding.

I'm hoping to access high‑level, aggregate data on voluntary turnover within the first 12 months of employment (faculty and staff if possible), as well as annual new‑hire counts. Recent years data, from the past 1-2 years, would be more than sufficient, even at a high level.
