Details: Under the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act § 1-200 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records about information regarding the Board of Trustees meeting that was held on Feb. 25, 2026. Specifically, I would like records of anything pertaining to email discussions between members of the Board of Trustees, UConn Office of the Provost, and UConn Office of the President leading up to and following the event. Such information could include the listed affiliates discussing UConn student organizations pushing for student protections from U.S. Immigrant Customs Enforcement (ICE), including UndocuHuskies, Jewish Voices for Peace (JVP), Alcanzando el Mismo Sueño (AEMS), UNCHAIN, and Communitea.

The Connecticut Freedom of Information Act requires a response within four business days. If access to the records I am requesting will take longer, please contact me with information about when I might expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.
