Details: Pursuant to Connecticut's Freedom of Information Act (Chapter 14 Conn. Gen. Stats.), I am requesting the following contracts from your university’s campus police department and potentially athletics department (regarding the last bullet).

Any contracts with any firm for facial recognition software (show as but not limited to FaceFirst, Incode) or facial recognition-enabled cameras (such as but not limited to Clearview AI, Verkada, Oosto).

Any contracts with any firm for other video surveillance software (show as but not limited to Flock).

Any contracts with any firms for social media monitoring software (such as but not limited to ZeroFox, Smarsh, or Critical Mention).

Any contracts with any firms for software designed to integrate or analyze data from surveillance technology, including surveillance target tracking and predictive policing software (such as Palantir or other data mining firms).

Any other contracts with companies that could be reasonably defined as surveillance tech. I’m happy to discuss this bullet point if it’s not searchable, but I request you use your best judgment.

Any contracts or notice of use of any contracts that could be reasonably defined as surveillance tech by any third-party vendors who handle stadium operations for your athletics teams.

I am requesting current contracts or any previous contracts from 2023 onward.
