Details: Under the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act § 1-200 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that show the number of Title IX sexual assault complaints received by UConn over the past year, as well as respondent type (student, faculty, or staff), and resolution (ie. dismissed, informal resolution, suspension, termination, expulsion). Please also include any internal reports or dashboards summarizing these statistics.”

If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me if the cost will exceed $10. However, I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public’s understanding of sexual assault and redlining. This information is not being sought for commercial purposes.
