Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, Conn. Gen. Stat. §§ 1-200 et seq., I respectfully request access to and copies of the following records:

Disclosure forms, agreement forms, and contracts relating to Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) compensation between University of Connecticut student-athlete and third-party companies

These records will be used solely for academic research as part of the NIL Practicum at the University at Buffalo School of Law, with the goal of better understanding NIL structures, improving compliance practices, and supporting enhanced opportunities for student-athletes.
