1) A copy of the current contract or agreement between UConn and any software vendor providing technology transfer office (TTO) software (e.g., Wellspring, Inteum, or similar).
2) The contract's effective and expiration dates.
3) Any amendments, extensions, or purchase orders related to the software.
4) Any documents showing pricing, included modules, or support agreements.
