Details: As you are aware, this office represents Peter Ponticelli for injuries sustained on December 5, 2024. To follow-up on the letter received on February 12, 2025, Mr. Ponticelli sustained injuries after he slipped and fell on ice in the parking lot of the Toscano Ice Rink.
If an incident report was created as result of this event, please forward a copy of that report to my attention as soon as possible. I would also ask that you provide, in writing, any information concerning medical payment coverage available for my client.
Kindly acknowledge in writing receipt of this letter and provide this office with (1) any incident reports, signed or unsigned with regard to this matter; and (2) any video surveillance or still photography with regard to this matter.
