Details: As a Tier-III RSO , the Daily Campus "is deemed the ‘functional equivalent’ of a state agency and [is] required to follow the open meetings and record keeping provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)." Accordingly, under the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act § 1-200 et seq., I am requesting that the Daily Campus furnish copies of all emails, text messages (including, but not limited to iMessage, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, and Signal), and any other form of written or digital communication sent or received pertaining to the below:

1) Any correspondence received between October 7, 2023 and October 31, 2023 that includes the terms "toolkit" or "flood"
2) Any correspondence concerning requests by UConn affiliates to respond to the anonymous column of April 23, 2024 ("Culture Shock: Refusing the weaponization of Jewish identity").
3) Any correspondence that would establish whether the anonymous column of October 4, 2024 ("What place does our identity have in the perpetuation of genocide?") was written by a non-student.
