This is a request for public records. I am a journalist with Reuters. I am seeking of copy of any and all communications from Jan 1, 2021-present, including emails and any attachments therein, between the University of Connecticut and Unicor recycling centers located at federal Bureau of Prisons facilities including the one in Schuylkill, PA. These communications would likely pertain to efforts by UCONN to recycle its old electronic devices.
